I had two hospital births and one homebirth. My hospital births were medicated and I would take my homebirth anyday, over the hospital births. I loved reading it and am so happy you will have a home birth because it is what you feel is best for you and your baby. I so wanted to do home births but I am high risk so I could not, but I had my daughter at a wonderful maternity center and it was a natural birth.<BR/><BR/>With my little Pickle, a hospital birth was the only option and because my water broke early, they put me on high doses of pitocin. Although I was able to have him without pain medication, it was a harder (but shorter) experience and the afterward was not great for us either.
