I can handle certain tasks, like say doing the dishes and carrying on a conversation, together. But there are times I push it, with potentially disastrous consequences. That&amp;#39;s why I&amp;#39;m quitting my job- watching my child while working is too hard. :(  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And we tweeted about this that night, but I have left my purse LOTS of places. "Oh honey," she said, "You remind me of myself!
