I won the kid lottery. Four times.
I realized today that I am one of those moms who thinks her kids are perfect. I do. Because they give me so much reason to believe it. They are like masterpieces. I am in awe.
I used to take photos of my kids on the first of every month, now it's on the fourth. Four for four. (Here's December 2010 & 2011.)
You can see all past monthly photos here.

ReplyDeleteThey are perfect, you know, for you. I'm in constant awe of how I have these two amazing children that I've been chosen to parent and love. And I can't imagine not having them, it's like they've always been with me.
ReplyDeleteIs it bad that I miss Ivy's sweet little pigtails? ;) This is wonderful. They look very happy. Ohio must be agreeing with them!
ReplyDeleteYou know, we still do the pig tails for church or school (especially when we don't have time to get out the tangles!) but she takes them out as soon as get home! I miss them, too!

YES! You did make four gorgeous, brilliant, talented unique children. What a blessing! I don't even mind you thinking that because I really know that my children are... the most gorgeous, brilliant talented and unique children on the planet. :-)
ReplyDeleteI love the photos on the fourth of every month. Now that my eldest is a junior in college, I can't do such a thing. I am praying when she comes home my eleven-year-old youngest will be willing to let me take some December photos... something we always do.
I am visiting from Just Write today, in case you are curious. happy day!
Awwww! All such sweet siblings! They look alike but you can see their separate personalities shining through!
