We don't live near the beach, but we have a friend who has a villa at the beach and earlier this summer we were the same way and so I packed them up all by myself and we went to the beach. For a week. A whole week with just me and the four of them. Everyone thought I was nuts (including myself at times), but we ended up having the absolute best time and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I grew up on coast along the Georgia straight, now I live deep in corn growing country in Indiana. These pictures are making me miss my ocean roots!
