December FOUR

DECEMBER FOUR

At church this morning Ivy took off her coat and the dress she was wearing was exceptionally poofy. Jeff said, "Oh, I thought you knew." I lifted it up to find that she'd worn a red and green Christmas tutu underneath. Of course when she got home, she changed into her casual & comfy pink tutu.

I took Noah shopping for his school choir concert. He even got new shoes. And I discovered that he is a whole size bigger than he was, like, last month. Size 3. My baby wears SIZE THREE.

This is the last official "four" photo of the year! Here's a look back.

December FOUR collage

I used to take photos of my kids on the first of every month, now it's on the fourth. Four for four... get it? You can see past month photos here.

  2. Oh I love these. I am totally stealing your idea for next year.
Also, Amelia came home from Church today and changed out of her dress into another dress (and now another). Love these girlie girls.

  3. Thank you for recapping the whole year of "Fours." What a joy to see your kiddos being goofy and sweet and grow up the past year. Four little blessings!

  4. That's hilarious about Ivy. At least she wears clothes. Axel strips down to his undies at every possible opportunity. Runs around in his spiderman tighties covering that tiny little tush. I'd love to see him paired up with a tutu-ed Ivy again. :)

  6. So fun. I love her stealth tutu wearing. I let Lily wear hers as much as possible. Why not when you are the age you can pull it off? I wonder I can remember to do a six on the sixth? I want to.

  7. Oh see how the grow - sob!!! My oldest went from a size 3 shoe in January to a 5 in March to a 9 in September... Any bigger and he can just wear his dad's. This is the kid that spent six months in newborn clothes - how did it happen!!! I blinked and my infant became a man-child with a voice as deep as the ocean... loving it - you have lots to look forward to!!! Hard as it is to see them grow I love the new horizons they point towards!!!
