It's so hot here that we haven't worn much more than our swimsuits all week. Ivy especially. And so we go to the beach and spoon up every last minute of these summer days.
She's getting so big that we had to run to Target yesterday to get a new swimsuit- can't beat a fru fru tu tu for $10.

ReplyDeleteWe're in southwest MI and the heat is brutal here too! Love the tu tu!! And yes, sadly we're on the downhill for summer now, leaves will be turning before we know it.

ReplyDeleteI am SO jealous of all of your sun!!! I live near Seattle and we are getting NO summer weather!!!!! Correction: the weather man did say we've had 46 minutes of summer, that's defined by temps reaching over 80! We've had lots of clouds and rain! But it's looking clear for the weekend, and temps may even reach mid 70's...HA!
Soak up some sun for me!!!!

Been living in suits here, too - only way to survive Southern heat. Ari has that suit and we can't go anywhere without a ton of comments. It's sooo fun.

ReplyDeleteIt's been hot here, too! We'll be in the cool mountains this weekend, but I'm sure we'll be living in our swimsuits next weekend. I love Ivy's new suit and the picture of her looking up at her big brother- soooo sweet!
ReplyDeleteI won't tell my husband about this one of I think he'd insist we get it "for the future." I've never seen a man so excited at the possibility of having a little girl. He's even excited at the idea of tea parties!

I love the swimsuit. My 21 month old has the same one in pink. Makes me wish I could get away with wearing a tutu like that without looking like an idiot :)
