Ivy's latest dramatic spell was in the bath last night. Suddenly and in a panic she wailed "I DON'T WANT TO BE A BOYYYYYYY!" and I said whatever do you mean? You don't have to be a boy!
I still don't know what she meant by that.
this week's small style...
- dress: misha lulu (which happens to be on sale at the mini social right now until monday!)
- ruffle shorts: matilda jane
- leggings: found at a delightful new handmade shop in downtown valpo "she's crafty" on jefferson & washington st.
- shoes: l'amour via zulily
Linking up with small style at mama loves papa...

I don't blame her, there's a lot of testosterone in your house. :). Luckily for her she's got a Girly mama. Love the leg warmers, super fun!

What a super outfit! I can't wait to see the outfits my daughter comes up with once she's old enough- girly clothes are so fun to mix and match!
ReplyDeleteUm, you made my day with this. And not with the style... though Ivy is adorable. But I don't have a little girl... or little kids... or kids at all and I don't think the dogs or cats would appreciate me dressing them up in such a way. No... you made my day with you blog post title. Because I love Tori Amos beyond measure and will now have Pretty Good Year playing in my head all day. And that's not a bad thing...
ReplyDeleteMy goodness, that girl has got STYLE!!!
ReplyDeleteOh, that is hilarious!
ReplyDeleteI love Ivy's outfit! That dress is too cute and so are the bloomers.
such a cutie!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHow cute!
ReplyDeleteWell that's certainly good to know - she's a girl who enjoys being a girl. Does she think her brothers were girls who turned into boys? It's quite enlightening to find out what our children really think, because they just don't think the way we think they think.
ReplyDeleteaw, little girlfriend. and hey, i saw this outfit with my eyeballs! ha.
ReplyDeleteLove those leggings!
ReplyDeleteShe is SO crazy stylish, you know, in a good way. :-)
