When Nothing Means Everything

Memorial Day

We went to a baseball game on Memorial Day and it was canceled due to thunderstorms. It seemed appropriate, as my boys looked out over the completely empty stadium, this day.

It told a story and I understood.

  11. What an evocative image. I wish I could get my son to a baseball game, the noise scares the heck out of him.

This is heart-breaking and poetic and beautiful at the same time.
