LOL!! That's too cute and TOTALLY reminds me of that Shel Silverstein (sp?) poem about the sister for sale! :) Ivy is soooo cute, WHO would want to sell her!?
Ivy and Carter are both adorable, but sometimes little sisters may annoy big brothers. At least he set a very high unmeetable price on her. It is so good that you record all the funny things they say and do for them to read later. And for you to read later when they are grown up and have children of their own and you are a grandmother. Hard to imagine isn't it?
And, on a side note, I never knew before I had E. the kind of flips my heart would do when watching my boys interact -- giggle, hug or even just look at each other lovingly. It shows me a whole new side of love.
LOL! I love hearing from the mouths of babes. Emma has taken a liking to the number 100. Today, when we were playing house, she asked me to watch Kendall because she had, "like, 100 appointments" to go to. :)
a friend of mine asked (When he was really young, and his baby sister was only a few days old) if she was going to stay with them forever... too cute...
This is such a great idea. How she has grown. I seriously thought she wast the cutest at that younger age (reading your blog) but she has turned into a whole lot more cuteness.
Such a doll! Are you pretty sure Ivy will be able to operate your iPhone by 2? Cause I'm pretty sure my baby will be able to operate mine. She's already working at it.
LOL, everything is 'infinity' around here too. Or as Hannah likes to use, 'Infinity hundred' or 'Infinity plus ten'. Somehow I think the whole concept of infinity has escaped her. ;)
"...do I hear a dollar? A nickel? A penny? Oh c'mon isn't there, isn't there, isn't there any one kid who'll buy this old sister for sale..."
That one's a favorite in this house too. Carter, though, ain't messin' around with dollars and nickels and pennies. He's got money makin' ideas that boy.
Wow she is all worth it I'm sure!!!! And Oh my what a cutie pie!!!

ReplyDeleteLove the photos of Ivy - she's grown so much!! :)
She's worth infinity dollars. It's a high compliment to Ivy. :)
ReplyDeleteThere were times when I would have sold my sister for $1.98.
I LOVE that her baby rolls are gone, but not completely! She is cute!
ReplyDeleteHmm, infinity dollars. He drives a hard bargain. ;)
ReplyDeleteIt's so fun to see those photos side-by-side. She looks the same, yet also...different.
