AMEN.....that's all we want for those we raise and come in contact with.....understanding of this, promote strengths, speak loudly of strengths.......pray quietly about weaknesses, be strong enough to promote someone else's weaknesses and allow those weaknesses to be there! IN the weakness is us allowing God to be our strength!!!!!!! Even for our family!
