Babywearing 103 Stories High

I'm busying myself in the kitchen preparing for Christmas eve dinner here tomorrow. I'm about to roll out the sugar cookie dough and let the kids go wild with sprinkles.

The day has been up and down and up for me. Hubby will be late again, but that gives me more time to clean up before he gets home.

Oh, holidays.

The Skydeck people sent over some photos from our trip up the Willis (Sears) Tower on Monday. I think it's so funny how many of you are woozy at the thought of that ledge. I didn't really think about it!

babywearing 103 stories high AHHH!

But now I find myself having a talk with the boys, reminding them that they should never walk out the windows of any other tall buildings.

P.S. I love Chicago so much.

Thanks, Kim for inviting us to the #skydecktweet meet-up, and the SkyDeck peeps for our complimentary photos & admission to the SkyDeck.

I would love to say I'd be brave enough to walk out on that ledge, but I dunno...well, why not?

PS. Chicago loves you too and wishes you were here more :)

Oh, you're so brave! It makes me feel ill just looking at the photos. What a fun experience for your kids though, they'll always remember doing that with you.

Awesome pictures, but I don't know I think I'm one of those people that couldn't do it. The thought of just being that high alone kinda makes me queasy.

Oh my gosh. I would never, could never do that. My heart stopped just looking at those pictures! I'll gladly keep my feet on the ground, ok?

no flipping way would i do that! i am a huge chicken about high places. i would probably end up lying down on my stomach and crying. from the comments it looks like i'm not alone!

I love those pictures! I bet your kids thought it was the coolest.

P.S. I would step out on that ledge without a second thought too. I figure it's probably a whole lot safer than, say, driving a car through the city to go on errands...
