My Aunt Susie is in town from Colorado and we took her to the farmer's market yesterday morning, and then to my favorite downtown stores like my knitting shop and of course, lunch at the cupcake place.

It was a great day for up.
And as fast as I went up, even harder I crashed down.
I have a headache, whiplash, and am seasick from all the ups and downs.
I am hoping, I am counting on, that today is another great day for up.
