For my Mom's birthday I had no clue what to get her (other than a Coach purse and that wasn't in the budget.) The Studio by Danielson Designs was in the budget (in fact, it was free)- they offered to let me design anything I wanted, and didn't ask for anything in return.
I enjoyed custom designing a frame online and watched my creation develop as I went along. Change around the words, colors, everything- you can see the final product right there as you go. They ship really fast and are perfect for last minute ideas (not that I'd know or anything...)
I chose to put "Mimi" with all the grandkids' names in birth order. I think it turned out wonderfully.
