Bows

There was a time when I was certain my daughter wouldn't be dressed in frills or ever wear bows.

That's not my thing.

Until I held her in my arms and, oh my gosh I have a girl, GET ME SOME BOWS AND FRILLS STAT!

Bows

For Day 9 of 15 Days of Ivy, No Slippy Hair Clippy (our favorite hair clips of all time that I always bought long before Ivy was kindly sent the cutest ones for free) is offering a $25 gift certificate!

  10. If Ivy's hair can keep them in? Anyone's hair can keep them in.
    I've always had a weakness for giant floral clips in the moosh's curly locks so I'd actually go with the adult pinch clip in something foofy and light pink like the Reagan.

  22. Well my fave is the "Lauren" crochet flowers in the lime green. The reason why? On the 16th December 2005 at 26 weeks pregnant I lost my baby girl, whos name was Lauren-Marie Green. So if I win, Id like to add that clip to Laurens special box of keepsakes.

  26. I love the Lucy baby bow! We found the No Slippy bows back when I had my first daughter and she had so little hair that people always thought she was a boy and not other bows would stay in her hair. She's six now and she still wears the ones we bought when she was an infant...the hold up well!

    I never wanted my daughter (now 3) in anything too frilly either, but now that she's getting older and turning out to be a little tomboy, I'm feeling the need to "girlify" her. :)
