Uhhhhhhh

That's me, moaning.

Last night was possibly the longest period of time in my existence. Every time I stood up, I felt sick and if I wasn't 100% sure that I was not pregnant (I am) (100% sure I mean) then I would swear this was morning sickness.

But then it hit Carter. And so a long night of towels and blankets making a path everywhere. I eventually just set up a bed outside the bathroom for Carter and I tried to get some sleep. Of all nights, Ivy thought it was PLAYTIME.

Noah's hunched over in the bathroom now.

Today. I just need to make it through today.

And I guess this stomach flu is perfect timing for that diet I've been meaning to start.

  5. Prayers coming your way from a mama who has been there (more than once!). Hydrate as much as possible, it helps with the recovery time. It's sooooo rough! Welcome back to school germs, eh?

    And, I agree, The stomach flu is the best diet on the planet. What other time can you drop 10 pounds in like 3 days? I love it!

    It went through my entire house and hit the baby twice, just a few weeks ago.

  17. So sorry to hear you and your boys are sick... I hope the baby doesn't get it. I know at times like this it's tough to mother the kids while you yourself are so sick, but hopefully it will pass quickly, and you will be better soon. You already know to keep hydrated. Will be keeping you in our prayers.

  18. When something like that hits everyone in the family at once, it could be food poisoning which acts and feels like the stomach flu. Hope you all feel better soon.

  54. My wife pulled this with me recently when she had the flu. "If I didn't know better, I'd say I was pregnant..."

    I say, ladies, that's an inside thought.

    Anyway, the flu we had got us for only two days, really, with the first day being by far the worst.
