My Poppal called yesterday to see if I had fun in Nashville and if I made any new friends.
Today he turns 78 years young.
One of my favorite things about having a daughter is watching him see me in her.

That is so sweet. I really wish my grandparents had gotten to meet my kids. Unfortunately they all passed before even Big Brother was born.

I can see him now bouncing you on his knee when you were Ivy's age and you had a big belly laugh like Ivy had today when he was kissing her cheek. These are precious memories that will live on! Thank you for sharing in his special day and I'm sure that this was his favorite gift.
