Dear Mother,
There will be days that feel like Christmas morning- when you wake up and look at your sweet child and feel so incredibly blessed and lucky. Amazed that you get to be their Mom. Like opening a new package each time.
There will be nights when you check on them while they are sleeping and you'll want to wake them and kiss them and tell them you're sorry. For how the day went, for how you snapped or didn't have patience or pay enough attention.
There will be heartaches that will only draw you closer. There will be hard times that make the good times shine so bright.
And there will be love. Lots and lots of love.
There will be so many times you feel like you've failed. But in the eyes, heart, and mind of your child you ARE Super Mom. You are their world. And you are doing a fabulous job.
Love,
Stephanie Precourt

Beautiful, so true, and just what every new mom needs to hear. I'm still working on mine, but I can't wait to see the finished results of this project.
Steph, you spoke of my heart and to my heart. You nailed it! Isn't it the truth; some days go swell and some days, we wish we could erase from the pages of life completely and we all learn from all of them! Your letter was soooo Beautifully put!
That was perfect and so true.
Love it
Oh, those snapping moments make me feel so guilty! Thanks for sharing this.
I loved this..so profound...so true. You are such an inspiration to so many moms.
Oh, my! I nearly teared up over that one.
What a lovely letter, made tears come to my eyes.
This is exactly what every mom, myself included, needs to hear. So beautiful and so true.
Great letter! I submitted one too :) Can't wait to see them all together.
Beautiful letter.
Great letter...I submitted mine and posted it on my blog the other day!
I can't wait to see all the letters at the end.
Perfect. Truth.
Now how come every time I write a letter it's llloooonnnngggg :)
I'm really looking forward to seeing the end result of this project!
That is awesome. And just what I needed to hear.
I posted something similar today. :)
Wow, that was incredibly sweet!
So very true. My heart needed to hear the super mom comment today. Not feeling like one lately. Thank you!

I love you letter! I wrote one too-what a great gift idea that hubby had!! I am excited to see pictures of the lucky wife getting them for Christmas; there must be so many letters!
Sweet letter! I need that right now - I just spent an hour "strongly" encouraging my little girl to sleep amidst many tears and am feeling a little unmotherly at the moment.
That letter is awesome. You said it all.
that is so sweet and I think every mother should write themselves a letter like this!
So true and brilliantly written, as usual!
SO lovely!!! Perfect. Love it.
A perfect letter for a perfect surprise.
I think I may print this out so I can read it every night before I go to bed!
Beautifully put.
What a great letter.

Amazing letter. Thank you for sharing it.
That was beautiful! I also have those times wherein I feel that I should have stretched my patience some more. Motherhood is a lifetime commitment, and I'm happily coping each day with lots of love!
Don't know how I missed this. So very true! And there will be days when you think you can't possibly do "this" anymore and then they give you a smile that melts the heart and gives you that boost you so badly needed.
Thanks for that! It's lovely... something to tuck away and remember to share with a friend (or myself) on a rough day.
Beautiful--just beautiful.
Blessings!
Thank you for this!!!
Dear Adventurer,
Your mother-readers really came through. Thank you and all your readers for helping me with this project. It has been such a blessing so far and I can't wait for my wife to get her hands on all the letters.
Thanks again,
Danny
