When is the last time you had a really good stretch? Not a little yawn and arm to the ceiling stretch but a full-on lie on the bed and extend your legs and arms out as far as they will reach stretch? It feels good.
Ivy reminds me to do it every day.
My post at Chicago Moms Blog has nothing to do with this but you can go read it anyway.
And while I'm on display you might as well twitter me here and subscribe to me here.
Sweet! Love those little newborn full-out stretches when even their foreheads seem to raise up a little!
ReplyDeleteBlessings!
baby stretches look so refreshing!
ReplyDeleteOh, I can't wait to hold this little princess in a few hours...I think first, I will do some stretches....
ReplyDeleteOh, I love those newborn stretches. My son definitely taught me how to stretch when he was a baby.. no one does stretches quite like babies and dogs!
ReplyDeleteShe looks so yummy I can almost smell that newborn scent. Enjoy your sweetie!

Nothing better than a stretch. I do it every morning before I get up. Otherwise, I get pretty cranky heehee!

ReplyDeleteSo cute! I love her little pink polka dot outfit. It matches her rosy pink cheeks.
ReplyDeletePrecious! Jackson did that constantly when he was small, accompanied by the most hilarious facial expressions. :-)
ReplyDeleteAwwww! Gotta love those baby stretches.
ReplyDeleteCaden does it even when he sleeps... he streches his arms over head and points his toes extending his whole body then relaxes and goes right back to sleep. It cracks us up!! And yes, the time is flying by. I am just trying, like you, to soak in all this baby-lovin' while I can.
ReplyDeleteI love baby stretches! When Wyatt stretches he raises his eyebrows and makes his little forehead all wrinkly. It's too cute!
ReplyDeleteIvy's getting big so fast!
I was just thinking about this the other day when I saw Popeye doing it. I was thinking that I haven't stretched like that since I was little! I've been to seminars where they have everyone stand and stretch, but I never think to do it on my own! I bet it relives a lot of stress.
ReplyDeletethat is priceless!
ReplyDeleteToo cute for WORDS! How precious is she!?
