I know you're probably thinking that girl just does not sit still even with four pounds of baby growing inside her, but listen- after tonight I swear I am going to take it easy from now on.
Just how could I resist a friend offering my mom and I free tickets to see Neil Diamond? Especially when she's taking her mom who happened to be born on the same day and same year as my mom? It's a birthday celebration. I'm looking forward to dinner here just as much. I already have the perfect outfit planned out. And yes- it involves sequins.
Good times never seemed so good...
that sound awesome. i'm surprised he's playing at a state fair. when he comes here, people pay big $ to see him at arenas!
ReplyDeleteOoh! I have eaten at Marché a few times before--the creme brulee is amazing. The entrees are good, too, but I'm all about the dessert menu. I am sure you will have a wonderful time at dinner AND the concert--what a treat!
ReplyDeleteAnd oy, I'm sorry to hear it was an adult pointing at your belly button, but I guess I'm not totally surprised.
Oh no- he's not playing at the fair! He's playing 2 nights at the United Center!!
ReplyDeleteSteph
Have fun!
ReplyDeleteI have personally always marveled at how your belly button pops out so cutely (is that a word?) during your pregnancies.
That restaurant looks awesome! Hope you guys have a blast!
ReplyDeleteI wish I had your energy! I know why I don't (health issues) but I still wish I had it! I'm always amazed by how much you can do even being 6 weeks away from your due date with three boys at home to raise.
ReplyDeleteYes, after tonight, you need to slow down and get ready for Ivy. She will be here before we know it. Can't wait for our big night out....
ReplyDeleteI am super excited and just the fact that our moms were born on the exact day is even better.
ReplyDeleteyou know what my mom's nickname was from my cousins? Aunt Mimi.
SO both of the mimi moms will be dancing to Neil tonight, I love it and have the countdown going!
i love neil diamond! and how fun for ivy...
ReplyDeleteHave lots of fun!
ReplyDeleteOh! That crazy tall man on stilts was trying to pee in the port-a-john. It seemed that he was successful, but that was a show.
ReplyDeleteHave a great time tonight! Did you see the Diamond tickets on freecycle?
Jen
I'm so jealous - I actually love Neil Diamond.
ReplyDeleteSeptember Morn... we danced until the night became a brand new day.
sigh
have a blast (and you sucked me in with the Pink Floyd reference - yay!)
Sounds like fun!
ReplyDeleteHave fun. Taking it easy is sometimes overrated.
ReplyDeleteOh, lucky you! You will have a blast! "Sweet Caroline" is one of my favorite songs.
ReplyDeleteJane
have a great time at the party....loooove parties!
ReplyDeleteo, and fair season is like my favorite time of the year. I live within a long walk from the Indiana State Fair!
I even posted last week about how I want to work in an elephant ear booth. Seriously, I want to be a carnie (for like 4 hours tops)!
Sounds like fun, happy birthday Moms! I want to see the sequins! :)
ReplyDeleteI am soooo completely jealous! I love me some neil diamond!
ReplyDeleteOh it isn't just you, I don't sit still either. I can't. Not until nightfall, after the children are asleep. It's then, though, when I should be cuddling with hubby that my body decides to pass out, sadly :(
ReplyDeleteHow fun, we used to rock out to Neil Diamond on the way to school, although I have to admit, it wasn't my choice!
ReplyDeleteYou are a mamma on the go, when do you rest?! Put your feet up!
So much fun! Was baby dancin? I went to a concert prego with, actually every pregnancy except this one... well I did go see my brother play a week ago. All my boys LOVE to dance.
ReplyDeleteI have a hard time believing you will ever take it easy! Hope you had a great time :)
