Who needs a fancy pool when we've got the nice tiny plastic kind? Later I'm filling this puppy up with some foot soaky salts. That's what I'm talking about. Living the high life. Purple toenails and all.
I remember doing the exact same thing while pregnant with Mark. It was so hard enduring hot summer weather and then a 4-year old asking me to play with him. I made myself useful and just stuck my feet in the cold hose water and allowed Matt to splash on me.
Haha! I just posted pictures of my feet too :) Yours look nicer though.
I was pregnant last summer and the pool is the best way to stay cool...although I always had to make sure I had help at the public pools...the belly made it hard to get to the other three if they needed me fast and they never wanted to stay near me!
Oh how refreshing! When pregnant with my son, my feet swelled something fierce as I was big and cumbersome in the heat of the summer. How did I deal with it? Well, I purchased a large inflatable kiddy pool and submerged myself. Everyone thought that I was crazy .... my body thought that I was brilliant. The only issue was gettng out of the pool .......
You go girl.
ReplyDeleteThat actually sounds nice!
ReplyDeleteoooooh, I have one of those, too. good idea!
ReplyDeleteWe went to the pool today too! Glad you are getting some relaxation in! :-)
ReplyDeleteGlad you have a day to relax. My feet swelled terribly while pregnant. The Dr's orders were "keep them elevated", easy to say.
ReplyDeleteLooks great!! Glad you found some lounging time for you.
ReplyDeleteI want purple toenails!

ReplyDeleteI love those little plastic pools. So low maintenance! You just reminded me to go out and buy a new one.
ReplyDeleteHave a great foot soak!
I love your purple toe nails....hope you are feeling well girl.
ReplyDeleteI soak my feet in my daughters tiny plastic pool all of the time. I love it.
ReplyDeleteI'm using the Wogs' water table for now, but in a few weeks, I won't be able to lift my legs that high. I'll be picking up one of those pools soon!
ReplyDeleteSummer living..simple and fun...
ReplyDeleteHey ... that is the high life. Just add some wild child splashing you like crazy and it'll be all good.
