Most often known as Nursing In Public but now new meaning to me... Nursing In Pouch. Never did I think I'd prefer this over all other carriers for nursing, but my new favorite is my Peanut Shell pouch. I'm not just saying it, people. I mean it. What a revelation! And here's another tip- win one here!
I entered, but since I'm first, I won't be winning, lol. Number 1 is never number 1.
ReplyDeleteOH I can enter -- SINCE I'm PREGNANT!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI have a pouch sling but haven't figured out the NIP thing yet - please share the details - it would be awesome for feeding baby while playing with the todller at the park.
ReplyDeleteHey Steph!
ReplyDeleteI love the pattern!!
I too have a peanut shell pouch. could you enlighten us as to:
1: the carry you use w/ gray (I cannot seem to get a good carry w/ it!!!) and
2: how to NIP with it! I haven't NIPublic-ed successfully w/ any carrier yet and would LOVE to be able to do so.
gray looks so cozy in that photo!!!
awe love pouch slings, their so easy to use.
ReplyDeleteAnd is that you at M of S&I??? YOU ROCK!
ReplyDeleteLori
wow, I am also amazed that you can nurse while wearing him. I'm sure it's not a big deal to you (or to him!) but how do you keep yourself so concealed during all of that?
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute picture of you and Gray.
ReplyDeleteFrom your meme: if you are really looking for some good TV, I like to figure things out, so I watch all the CSI's and NCIS, Myth Busters, Survivorman, Clean Sweep, Monk, House, and Psych. Shalom in the Home is good when you can find it on, also Super Nanny. I love Dog Whisperer, even though we still can't keep our dog off of visitors.
May I just say BRAVO to you for continuing to nurse! I felt as soon as Sophia turned one I was pressured to wean, but we kept on until she weaned herself at two (I don't think I was ready though ;). So I adore & admire a mom who goes with she knows & feels is right for her & her child...not society.
ReplyDeleteAnd I LOVE the design on that sling! GORGEOUS!!
Great giveaway and that picture is so cute!
ReplyDeleteTHat's a beautiful sling!
ReplyDeleteAnd nurse on, sister. Nurse on.
I wish Jasper was a more discreet nurser like his sister was...he flails wildly and slurps loudly and hates being covered up. I hope we make it as long as Roo ( 26 months) but I don't know.
ReplyDeleteI love breastfeeding Suzi in her ModMum sling, but she is 7 months old and still lies down in it. She *can* sit up in the hip position but refuses as she prefers to have her legs in. How old is your son? I want to breastfeed for at least a year but am already feeling some pressure to wean (mostly from my mom).
ReplyDeleteSo sweet!!!!
ReplyDeletelove the NIP! Oh and the b & w pattern is FAB!
