Parent-teacher conferences were tonight, and just seeing our boys' teachers light up and talk about them, showing us they see the same Noah and Carter that we know, has us bursting with pride.
Yay! Seriously, when I taught 1st grade, too often parents would come in and be surprised, as apparently I was getting to know an entirely different child than they were. Sometimes it was on the better end for me, but I felt bad for them.
As a first time kindergarten mom, I am anxiously awaiting conferences in a couple weeks. Report cards come home tomorrow, so that will tell alot. As a teacher and mom, I can't wait to hear what she has to say. So glad you got a great report! Love, Happi
I know you are so proud...I use to enjoy so much going to talk with your teachers because they all were amazed at how smart your were and your eagerness to learn....as for your brother, well that's another story...not really...
