Gray, I could have melted with love straight down to the ground as I watched you discover a star in the sky for the first time last night.
Well, so what if it was the light of an airplane. You pointed with your tan little arm up to the night sky and said "Wook! A 'tar!"
Of course Mommy is fluent in your language and knew you were saying so sweetly, "Look! A star!"
As I put you in the car and we drove away, you followed that star.
When it got farther away, you waved and said "BYE!" and then "Shhh" with your finger to your lips- for in your mind the star was going night-night. Oh how I love you.
That is way too precious! I love it!
