Stories over breakfast with Carter...
Once upon a time Carter went deep into the forest. He found some wild carrots and they were scrumptious. Here is where he met a good dinosaur friend. They found a bad guy and Carter used his lightsaber and the dinosaur friend used his sharp teeth that chops off foots and nails. And Carter lightsabered the bad guy in the neck. The end.
And
A bad guy snucked into our house and got into my special snacks and made a mess! (Upon explaining why there were crumbs all over the floor...)
HA! I love middle children :)
ReplyDeleteWell, of course! Sounds plausible to me. ;-)
ReplyDeleteI think that dinosaur has been in our house a time or two. We should really capture him so he doesn't do this anymore!
ReplyDeleteI give him 5 points for creativity. LOL
ReplyDeleteThat Carter is too adorable. He is so much like Hunter. His teachers are going to love him. Everytime I see Hunter's she says....he is just SO adorable!
ReplyDeleteWay too cute....and creative! I love it when my kids make up their own stories for me. :-)
ReplyDeleteSo sweet! That bad guy must have 'snucked' into my house too! Can you send Carter and his lightsaber over?
ReplyDeleteA+, little man! I love these stories!
ReplyDeleteLove the story. Every crumb has a story, right?

LOL, always an interesting story about how these things happen. Better put out a dinosaur trap!
ReplyDeleteThat guy. He's always doing stuff and poor Carter gets the blame.
ReplyDeleteThat is great! He sounds a lot like my son!
ReplyDelete"Foots" and "snucked" -- I love it! What a great imagination. A future writer perhaps?! :o)
ReplyDeleteToo funny that he came up with that excuse! Maybe that's why after my husband's morning cereal there is always a mess!
