Wordless Wednesday: Inside Joke?

And because I am never good at keeping these things "wordless"...
*
Noah with my best friend since kindergarten, Jenny. Next week he starts kindergarten... and will possibly meet his best friend for the rest of his life, that will be in his wedding and still close after 25 years!

Am I ready for this "growing up" thing?
Do I have a choice?

  1. He looks really happy! And, no! They are not supposed to grow up. Not this quick.

  2. Cute photo! My husband always likes to point out that one day our little punk is going to grow up, move out, get married, etc. He is under the impression that if we talk about it it will be easier. I highly doubt it, but I let him talk about it anyway.

  8. I think it's amazing you are still friends. My longest friend is from 4th grade. We were best friends all thru high school too and her husband is my husband's best friend from high school. Kind of cool!

  10. Cute picture. My sis was just here with her friend since Kindergarten. They are now 20 and still close. It's weird to think that our kids could be meeting their best friend for life.

  11. Very cute! I sure hope he finds his lifelong best friend in kindergarten. Most of mine were from high school but it's all good! How wonderful to share such moments with your best friend!

  12. It's hard letting them grow up isnt it? I started my 3 1/2 year old twin daughters in headstart last week. When I walked into that classroom full of other small children, I started wondering, which one of these kids will be their best friends, share secrets, have sleepovers? Will it be one of these little boys that they'll grow up and marry? It's so hard. I cried after I left them their on that first day. I didnt think I would, but I did. Thank God that they love school though :) We havent had any problems whatsoever! I hope everything works out for the best for you and your family :) God Bless.
